Ghomryonbrgholax provides rental services for event decor and furniture in Detroit, Michigan and surrounding areas. Our services include delivery, setup, and pickup of rental items for various celebrations and events.

Rental Terms

Reservations

All rental reservations must be confirmed in writing and require a deposit. Availability is subject to prior bookings and seasonal demand. We recommend booking well in advance for peak event seasons.

Rental Period

Standard rental periods begin on the date of delivery and end on the agreed pickup date. Extended rental periods may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the delivery date. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

When renting decor and furniture from ghomryonbrgholax, you agree to:

  • Use all rental items with reasonable care during your event
  • Ensure items are kept in a secure location when not in use
  • Return all items in the same condition as received, normal wear expected
  • Notify us immediately of any damage or missing items
  • Ensure adequate space and access for delivery and pickup
  • Be present or designate a representative during delivery and pickup

Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items during your rental period. Charges for damage or loss will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing items upon delivery and noting any pre-existing conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days may incur additional charges. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific cancellation terms.

Limitation of Liability

Ghomryonbrgholax strives to provide high-quality rental items and reliable service. However, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our rental items or services. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.

Intellectual Property

All content on ghomryonbrgholax.world, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Ghomryonbrgholax and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Modifications to Terms
