At Ghomryonbrgholax, we understand that planning events requires flexibility. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds related to our decor and furniture rental services.
Rental Return Process
All rented decor and furniture items must be returned in accordance with the terms specified in your rental agreement. Our team will coordinate pickup at the agreed time following your event.
Return Condition
Items should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear from appropriate use during your event. Please ensure all pieces are accounted for and ready for pickup at the designated time.
Return Inspection
Our team will inspect all items upon pickup to ensure they are in acceptable condition. Any damage beyond normal wear or missing items will be documented and may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
More Than 30 Days Notice
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event date will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a small processing fee to cover administrative costs.
15 to 30 Days Notice
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before your event date will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. This partial refund helps offset the opportunity cost of holding items for your reservation.
Less Than 15 Days Notice
Cancellations made less than 15 days before your event date are non-refundable. At this point, we have typically declined other bookings and made preparations for your event.
Modification of Orders
We understand that event plans can change. If you need to modify your rental order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability and our scheduling constraints.
Modifications made more than 14 days before your event can typically be accommodated without penalty. Changes requested within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees.
Weather and Emergency Situations
In the event of severe weather or other emergencies that make it unsafe or impossible to hold your event, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
For outdoor events affected by weather, we recommend having a backup plan and purchasing event insurance. While we strive to be flexible, our standard cancellation policy applies unless otherwise agreed upon.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective rental items, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We will replace the items at no additional cost or provide a partial refund if replacement is not possible.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or refund.
Late Returns
All items must be returned by the agreed pickup time. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges. If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us before the scheduled pickup to arrange an extension, subject to availability.
